got the legs SORE today boys and the shoulders too.

Tonight i'm GAINING chest and triceps strengf

Swimming report: now that i can easily swim a mile freestyle nonstop i've made some big shoulder strength gains. Without lifting a weight i increased my deltoid raises from 10s to easy 15 lbs with high rep. I'm not really sore in my shoulders today, so it tells me i actually need to go higher.

swimming = good
I do 20s on those raises. Do you military press as well? I'm over 135 in that department (as in what I rep). I'm soon to military press more than I incline. Pisses me off

That's pretty legit though bud. I would die trying to swim that nonstop

TLDR - unable to run because of high BMI and weak knees, takes to the water like a whale.
Damn this hit a little close to home. I do feel like I'm a little heavy for running and my knees are definitely not what they used to be.

Swimming really is the best cardio -- No joint stress (minus shoulders with some strokes), forces you to breathe correctly if you have the proper form, you won't overheat if you're in a maintained pool like you would if you were running.

The only con I can think of is if you really get to putting in a lot of laps you're going to consume all of that $300 you spent at Whole Foods in one sitting.

I thought Tiger Woods when I saw you.

The trunks are transparent is really my biggest beef. I opt for a nice solid color with at minimum 4 inches above the knee to show off my thighs.
Haha don't you worry Sioux, I ain't mad! Growing up in the 80's/90's I never really shook the whole shorts length of our generation haha. To the knee was a requirement as a boy growing up, and as a teenager, and then as a young adult haha. Then before i knew it, my lovely city of seattle filled up with hipsters who changed the requirement to way above the knee. Denim. Ripped. And uncomfortably tight.... I decided knee length was the safest length [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

Nope, I turn manic from this stuff
So u would be manic after I fucked u into unconciousness?

Anyway, I never ate very much ground turkey, and I hate it. It didn't take me years of masochism and pounding it down my throat.

Do the experts here support a 5x3x1 Routine with squats, bench, press and deadlift?
i did that one for a while and it worked super well for me, butt i couldn't do it more than once a week. basI ally lifting heavy things more often than that fries my cns and i start losing ground and get super weak and tired and it take liek 6 months to recover.
