Just some bot spamming, mods are likely to remove them in a moment so you shouldn't acknowledge them.

And yeah, I'm now warmly with merchants of highpass after turning in couple stacks more of scalps. It kept saying "could not possibly get any better" since I was dubiously. After hitting ally with the guards, the orc/gnoll kills also began to say that I've maxed faction instead of saying that it got better (kept doing that while the quest-turn-ins claimed max), so that's one to tell when you've hit the cap.
