Bind campig among top guilds will always happen, sorry softcore. There is no LNS rule, we destroyed Nihil - yet they wouldn't want to give up Naggy that easily, it's understandable. If you can't control the zone you don't deserve the dragon and we're handling it with the rules set by the devs.
