 |   You can max it in befallen while sneaking as mentioned above. You might check to see what locks there are in the game. It's only really an issue as you get higher up, like 50+. I would spend more time enjoying the class because you're gonna spend days clicking and it's pointless until it's needed. Just my 2 cents. Have fun! | ||

 |   I tried to raise my skill in Befallen at Pick Lock skill level 10 with no luck. I trained to skill level 11 and boom, skillups at the first door in Befallen.
