WW2 was handled by Generals, people generally considered to make good decisions. I think the time scaling here makes sense proportionately.

I actually just got my wiz into a cozy lil nook tho. So that's my main focus for now! Rogue is main alt status.

Yeah I recently started going for average stats across the board. That's why I hate my rogue rn but I'm not going to level another one.
