Put all rule breakers in their own rule breaker instance and just don't tell them!
So like they log in like normal. Instead they end up on their own very own hellworld indistinguishable from p99 full of everyone who breaks rules.

Guild breaks the rules and you are an officer that was online - said officer(s) lose a piece of gear, or a % of plat, can be accountwide.

No officer on at time of offense, each guild member loses a piece of loot or a % of plat, does not matter if you were at said event or not.

Guilds never picking an officer or no one willing to be an officer, just start deleting characters from the event no questions asked.

Valueable droppable items > epics > BiS pieces > whatever else after that
Confirmed guild mules can also be subject to punishment

I fixed your raid scene, be nice or else policy.
That's possibly the stupidest thing I've read today. It is a PAIN to go through and delete individual items off a character. Way easier to just slap bans on people that are fucking off, or bar them from engaging certain mobs.

The punishment system is fine, if it was ever actually enforced.

Took me like 5 minutes of being in a DMV earlier today to come up with a better reply than the other one

Hellbans need to be used very cautiously because of the psychological harm they inflict.

Make it so killing a raid boss results in a one month ban for every character involved in the kill.

Problem solved, now nobody wants to kill them.

Maybe -20 permanently to their primary stat! Each infraction.

You mean casting, offensive and defensive skills?

Yeah I can get behind that. One or even two infractions would nullify warriors and clerics.

Dragons and dieties should definitely be worship. Not slain.

No, you stupid pigfucker, it's an asinine idea. They already take loot from killsteals/nefarious shit on bosses when it's grievous enough. Your 'idea', and I use the term loosely because you clearly don't have enough brain function to form full sensical thoughts, is just fucking bad. You want to punish people who weren't even PART of an incident? Fucking stupid. The whole 'hurr during punish officers'? Your mother should have swallowed. Holy fuck that is some dumb shit. Aside from it being about as good an idea as eating yellow snow, it's easily manipulated. Platinum as a punishment is an absolute fucking joke. It's like a celebrity getting a parking ticket. Wealthy people don't care about shit like that because they can just make it back and most of it is sitting around for really no reason at all.
