Mobs were definitely moving before Berkeley turned that corner and flopped. Benjaman picked up aggro for not being nut-to-butt on that corner and got dunked on as a result. Therefore, AG/F trained AG/F. With that being said, it's time to find out today's lesson. And to find out what it is, we turn to: The Wheel of Morality.

Don't stand on the tracks when the train is coming through.

I'd stop arguing this if I were you.

If the mobs were aggro on Benji rather than Berkeley, then the mobs wouldn't have stopped at Berkeley's feet when he FD'd. They'd have ran right past Berkeley to Benji because initial aggro was on Benji.

But that's not what happened.

They stopped right at Berkeley's feet, THEN started running for Benji.

And you might think - but wait Conda. Benji had initial aggro because someone drew a red line, so certainly he had initial aggro, and Berkeley ran around the corner, got fresh first aggro on a new mob, and that is why they stopped at his feet. But this would also be false because instead of merged train aggro transfer, again, the mobs STOPPED and then moved to Benji.

There is no argument. Berkeley caused this train.

Benjamin 100% should have been more tucked and would have avoided the drakes that were aggro'd by Berkley. Unsure if the drakes would have aggro'd anyone else after Berkley did.

A red and black drake were picked up and killed by AG/F as well after that train.

The point of the line was how it was poor raid form. Tuck in if you dont want to tank a mob. Wiz may be okay at it fwiw

I watched the video for the first time in this thread. I thought the same exact thing Conda is saying. To me, the agro clearly drops, and the mobs are unagro'd before eventually agroing Benjamin, who was clearly out of KOS range as they don't agro him in the beginning of the video. I guess the only argue about that, is that the video isn't long enough to complete a full server tic, as I guess benjamin could have moved to that position a a few frames before the video start. But even if THAT were true, the fact thats the mobs didn't seemlessly transfer agro from berkley to benjamin lead me to believe that to be true.

You also have to realize that some times in fraps, players who are moving around a lot aren't always in the correct position if you consider where they are on your screen versus where the server reads them to be. I mean shit, a server tic is once every 6 seconds right?

That's my Neutral take, thread seems pretty bad otherwise though.

Both guilds could have avoided it. In the end it was a non-factor and handled pretty well on all sides outside of this cringe RNF post.

Video and complaint was posted in UN channel by Detoxx and then quickly deleted.

Another 10 second video that showed nothing. But the post to go with it, hurt my feelings.

Why aren't we talking about another AG/F Vulak engage with fresh FTE message again, with 60+ players around him after a few minutes of engaging?

Riot engage and have guards and adds come to Vulak and no FTE message go out.

Strange
