He spawns at the same rate as most high end rare obs, around 20% chance.

But unlike lower guk(the other major farm dungeon), Sol b has a significantly faster spawn rate.

if we used GEBs 9-10k price it would mean something like s skull shaped barbute would cost in the range of 15k..it's just a bunch of scammers hoarding a spawns. Bunch of loser blue/red trash thinking they are clever.

He’s not wrong. 9 agility provides little benefit, and while the 80hp is good, I’d honestly rather save the money and just use a platinum fire wedding ring instead. More AC than whatever the agility provides, and mariginally less health for a DRASTIC reduction in price. Save that excess plat and just wait to buy something exponentially better in Kunark, or just wait for Djarns to drop in price.
