Are folks unaware that Shift + # shifts around hotbars?

I am seeing a lot of complaining about no second hotbar when I didnt even know there was a second hotbar after like 20 years. Out of all of my melee I always Shift + 2 to change gear/instruments/clickies and shift + 1 back
And for casters, what more do you need other than

/ass name
/pause 1
/pet back
/pause 1
/pet attack

and
/pet back

Outside of manually telling your pet to go away and taunt off.. whats the big deal?
