The client disallows it because the animations for it don't exist on classic player models.

Speaking from a purely technical standpoint it's not impossible, and in the context of like 2025 P99 custom content it's a totally legitimate question, but yeah it will never happen. It would require a team of developers to figure out how to reverse engineer the client and implement entirely new sets of animations for the classic models to make them work with the horse models, and then they'd have to redistribute that client to anyone who wants to use it, and P99 developers would have to be on board with it meaning it'd also have to be kosher with Daybreak since it's their IP, etc.
