With fungi / haste, and I recommend a 150 bow so you can lazy pull, you can solo to 50ish np. I wouldn't bother with the 13 dmg weapons, terrible ratios on all of them. Get a nice ratio mainhander / offhand. Seb dirk is my absolute favorite weapon in this era. Get one of those, and swap it to offhand when you get epic at 46.
