What Ravager said. You have two characters who can port around the map. No one else can.

My 59 Shaman was in Seb, I got a tell from a Druid asking if I wanted to do Efreeti. They came and picked me up then dropped me back off in EJ afterwards.

10/10 would group again.

i think the mage would be pretty desirable in group, the pets do a ton of damage and don't really require healing since u can just resummon

Druids and Wizards are basically the kings of making groups. /who all war, rog, cler, ench, sha /tell %T "(somecampgroup?)" and then port them to whatever zone you want to exp in. The group doesn't even have to be in existence yet, just port them and they are at your mercy.
This is really the best way to get a group with a druid or wizard in the mid to late levels. Early on nobody really cares what class you are, but as you grow up your main asset is your porting powers, and a group that's already mostly assembled and is just looking for one extra guy probably isn't going to want you. This becomes especially true in high level Kunark dungeons where a wizard's biggest nukes are a small fraction of the mob's health and druids firmly establish themselves as the least good of the three main healer classes.

This problem existed on Live too, for what it's worth. The higher level my wizard got, the less he was able to find pugs unless he made them himself.

Finding groups isn't so bad with other classes. None of my characters on this server have ever had that problem. But my friends have wizard and druid alts that have this issue too.

its to be expected with a server that holds only 1000 people. Its such a large game. most sit and spam in EC tunnel all day. Im lvl 15 now and i never heard of groups lol. I have never boxed before in my life, but this game is sooooo slow and players have their heads in the clouds most the time. Wish we could box and i wouldnt even have to associate with half these people.

You picked probably the three less looked after class for a pug, most groups would be happy to fill empty slot with you, but the people there are right, specially with the two porting class... create groups, it's pretty easy using you guild and some random pickups to get a 3-4people group and that's enough to start in most place, bonus point, you can make group for any dungeon... as a sk I have no problem finding groups, but getting a group in remote location is really hard...

The problem with wizard is that he can do not much more than DPS and most other classes are better at sustained DPS. Wizards need a buff... but it will never come. Still, i would take you in my groups because for me group interactions are more important than xp.

I'm new here so I dont know for sure but I hear that the lower 40's is the hardest time to group. That seems like a good reason to make friends on your way there.

Yeah this is because people here only go to CoM in that level band for some reason. There are a lot of other good dungeons for lower 40s but the only one you can find pugs reliably for is CoM. Even more mystifying because CoM xp and loot is bad bad bad. But the desire for an easy train out and a place to use your outdoor-only powers trumps all it seems.

at 40, there are lots of good places... Cazic thule & Sol B comes to mind as some really underused dungeons... being able to port a group near means you can easily go there...
