Fear is a raid zone. If your guild is suspended you can't zone into it. Period.

I don't think I've ever heard a positive thing about Fingerz from anyone I know in Awakened :/ Guess I can't say I'm shocked.

Anything inside a planar zone is considered a raid mob. It's been that way since raid scene inception. Get suspended, stay out of the planes.
Actually, in the past, Plane of Sky was the only zone you could be in during a raid suspension (Yes, even Noble)
