Seems like you're trolling TMO people to me. But mention something about BDA... Take it to RNF. Not cool.

I'm not trolling - those were the facts, and it wasn't just TMO. Every raid blocked epic before the Class system was several hundred thousand plat (depending on rarity) to MQ from those guilds - and they always had extra Soul Leaches, VS stones, etc laying around.

Swish was just sharing facts as well. Like when your guild blocked access to as many of those epics as you could, to be fair you were limited, during the time frame when they became more available. Not sure why you're being defensive. I'm proud of what my guild accomplished. Why aren't you?

There's a difference. If BDA got all the epic items we needed from a target, we would STOP killing it and switch our focus to something else. Like Golems in Fear - we don't really focus on those anymore now that most our Necros and SKs finally finished epics they had been working on for 2-4 years. BDA wasn't blocking access to anything in that 2-3 months leading up to Velious, we were trying to finish epics, not hoard MQ pieces to sell.

The TMO/IB/FEs of the world never did that before or after the Class system. There was literally a "But A-Team will get epics" meme floating around - they really didn't want the casual gets to get free epics, they wanted them to PAY for them.

Of course there is. There's enough of a similarity to make this dialogue amusing though.

That Adolf Hitler video featuring Zeelot was still one of the funniest fucking things I've ever seen in my life.

You're forgetting that there was an FFA and Class C Kunark dragon before getting back to R again.

oh sure, but within that tier? guaranteed pixels for the casually hardcore.

BDA certainly had the mentality of a Class C guild at the time, but they didn't want to "step up".

They did see Tito Ortiz across a room in Vegas though, so we should probably get on their level.
