Remove all raid mobs for a few months, see if people can smarten up after that if not oh well no more raids.

It's not like raiding here is fun anyway

FTE will almost be irrelevant in velious, will reduce the drama and all the rule lawyering etc.

More trains might happen, but they are sanctioned by suspensions or forfeits. Should be fine.
