if you log in to blue server, it will auto copy that character to beta,
or
create a new character on red99 and then do /copy

I would be smashing the beta test if I wasn't busy this weekend, maybe later tonight.

And I reckon it might have a little bit to do with the holidays due to low numbers, or people not caring to log on if they can't progress their chars
