Thanks for the heads up.
A lot of people on the forums -especially in R&F - will just troll you.

Most of the people in-game are helpful. Don't sit in EC too long, it's not indicative of the server population, and don't let the random bad encounter keep you from playing. Heck...the same dude that trains you might give away 100p to a new player the same day.

The biggest problem on the server is overcrowding combined with everyone PLing in the same areas people want to xp in. Wait till you hit 50 and wanna raid, lol.

It's a pain right now, but it'll get better...for everyone.

That's the real "heads up".

I dont really think "ever hear of the word camped" is all that rude of a comment. Sorry to say, but you handled it all wrong and payed for it. I'm not agreeing with the training, but I dont think you have as big of an issue as you may think. Hopefully you wont let this bad experience ruin the server for you. This sort of thing happens here and on live and pretty much all MMOs I've ever played.

Relaxe, its just a game. Have fun with it, because if its not fun whats the point?

I guess he shouldn't need to communicate either, because intentional trains are fine here. Thanks for the heads up.

unless you can FD too I wouldn't suggest being rude even if they are being rude. You could have just replied something like "sorry" or just left. but your response angered him just as you intended it to so his retort was with mobs instead of words.

not justifying his actions in any way, sounds like a total dickhead, but you could have avoided it.

i just generally avoid assholes and dont respond to them or keep "feeding" them so to speak and i have never been trained or harassed on this server. You can tell when someone if going to be a jerk real quick and at that point you should either drop it and leave them be or go down to their lvl and be a jerk too but then you get into a jerk off....and FD classes usually win a jerk off

If these were the first words out of your mouth I honestly wouldn't care what you did, said, or felt you were entitled to.

Learn how to talk to people, and you might have an easier time. I say cheers to Sericx for e-slapping you like you deserved.

Nice to know on this server that intentional training is not only not looked down upon, but actually encouraged, and that if you can feign death you have the right to be as rude as you want and everyone thinks it's fine because you can get away with it.

I played a monk for 5 years on live and never intentionally trained someone even if they were being rude.

I think your problem is that you don't listen.

No one has condoned anyone FD training here or "encouraged" it as you said. We're trying to tell you that you're a rude little prick who probably deserves worse.

I don't condone what he did. I've been in several groups where a solo caster does some jerk move and folks in my group are yelling for blood, "We should train that fucker."

Sounds like people on this server do encourage it.

So someone KSes 3 of the mobs I engaged without saying anything (and I have the communication problem), is outright rude to me, but I'm not able to be rude in kind even though I hadn't done anything wrong? And replying with one prick comment when I was essentially being harassed, while I was engaged in combat, means I "deserve worse" than being trained? And the guy being a rude, KSing trainer deserves to be cheered?

This is the first time I've been rude to anyone in 33 levels. I usually concede camps to people when they ask and would have gladly left if any of them had said anything because I don't believe in any kind of camp stealing shenanigans, and would rather not fuck anyone over, yet I'm a rude prick who deserves to get the shit trained out of him. Nice.
