What armor/weapon level to you suggest before t1 boss? those damn birds raped me the first time..tho I didn't bunker down, could prolly beat it now if I sploited it.

Also..you can kill just about anything by just walling it in quickly..then wack it through wall with no risk. Kinda game breaking...but this is beta after all.

Linux penguins are fantastic. If you put up some blocks in the sky and stay just out of range, you can iron hunting bow him down very slowly--he gets stuck mid animation and cannot even summon the linux penguins.

That said, you DO know you aren't stuck on the threat level 1 planet/moon, right? Coal and wood can fuel your ship--use the wood, it's suuuuper fucking common and you'll need the coal for torches and steel production once you have the molten core from the t1 boss. Unfortunately he's ranged and finding a ranged weapon that can shoot upwards in sector A is almost fucking impossible, so it's most likely going to have to be done with an iron bow for boss dps. Just make sure to set up an arena--leave arrow slits facing upwards and dont make them big enough for him to go through and you should be fine. It's a very slow process.

edit: also bring gratuitous bandaids--that motherfucker has a ton of hp. Unfortunately the iron bow is only 5 ARP. He's a level 10 boss. Your damage will be reduced by like 70%. Fun times. If you find out how to get ranged weaponry in any reliable fashion do please let me know--haven't figured out how to craft them yet--even killing enemies that have ranged weapons! (Glitch snipers OP)

Yea I just recently figured out I can get off planet..mining the lvl 10 planet now and trying to avoid mobs..as they rape me.

Ill craft a bow and give it a go again. Most fun ive had so far was loot the glitch castle on this world..killed the King and stole his crown..fun stuff

Once you find a L10 weapon you should be straight to wreck the L10 world. It's unfortunate you can't put your pixels in a bank.

Good news about that is the refinery--it shits pixels, and you can essentially store your money in ores that won't fade when you die. You can just ride low pixels (if you're doing +5 content) and then when you need to craft something, you can turn ore into money (+5 copper, +10 iron, +15 silver, +20 gold -- and iron is fucking everywhere, lol)

edit: Also, fuck, Florans have the absolute worst racial armor. Any chance you're a glitch and can craft me the glitch set? :P

The hat is the worst part...I am using the crown from the Glitch king for my visual hat =p

Our racial is unfortunately useless 90% of the time. Not much sunlight in the caves or dungeons. Whereas the glitch racial is insaaane. Faster mining = my shit.

It's tied to the armor though, not your race. So if you've got a buddy who's playing a Glitch, just have him craft you a set. I assume this will become a non issue at max lvl.
