Personally, I'm happy with the current population. There are always plenty of people to group with and plenty of activity in dungeons. I've had more of an issue with 'all camps being taken' in a zone, then 'not being able to find people to group with'.
Oh I don't know, what happens if the population becomes too large for one server ? Would the staff open a new one? It's the only way it might happen. I think alot of people would absolutely love that.
