Corona was a stepping stone to isolate and destroy mom n' pop shops.

Corporations can recover and they want full control of America.

2, 3, 4+ months of no business for an illness that never killed millions. in a single location.

Corporations played us all for fools and it's the honest people who are suffering.

Corporations can recover in the snap of a finger, many local and small businesses will be destroyed forever.

They said automation wouldn’t reach the workplace as the employees wouldn’t stand for it... there are no employees now to be put out of work...

How will the regular people scrape a survival now?

What people aren't aware of is that this is happening in real life modern day with precious limited metals on earth. Platinum and the such.

Yes platinum does go into catalytic converters for your car. woo slow clap..

But the main brunt of precious metals are hoarded by governments or used in war technology. The computers the gov uses are far past what the general public has access too. Many people have no idea about this.

I know some families that could only survive by enrolling for unemployment. Going back to work with limited hours/work simply can't cut it for their bills. let alone basic needs. I'm not trying to justify anyone's spending habits but there is something larger at play here. To separate people back into a lower class.

The general election scenario that Democrats are dreading!

And what are they dreading? Read the article and gnash your teeth. Those motherfuckers are dreading that the economy improves. That people find jobs, that they start to make money, that they're not starving and beholden.

Dirty fuck-ass garbage people. Imagine the cynicism where you're willing to throw innocent Americans into a garbage disposal so your guy can win.

"We are about to see the best economic data we’ve seen in the history of this country," says a top former economic adviser to Obama.
Quote:
The former Cabinet secretaries and Federal Reserve chairs in the Zoom boxes were confused, though some of the Republicans may have been newly relieved and some of the Democrats suddenly concerned.

"Everyone looked puzzled and thought I had misspoken," Furman said in an interview. Instead of forecasting a prolonged Depression-level economic catastrophe, Furman laid out a detailed case for why the months preceding the November election could offer Trump the chance to brag -- truthfully -- about the most explosive monthly employment numbers and gross domestic product growth ever.

...

Furman’s counterintuitive pitch has caused some Democrats, especially Obama alumni, around Washington to panic. "This is my big worry," said a former Obama White House official who is still close to the former president. Asked about the level of concern among top party officials, he said, "It's high-- high, high, high, high."
Here's is the Democrat party mouthpiece and harbinger of doom hoping for disaster earlier today:

This is just people going back to work isn't it? People are surprised by this?

Lockdown eases/stops -> people resume working

What am I missing here?

YES! and YES!

A giant portion of the 'recovery' is restaurant workers and also all those companies who took stimulus payments in exchange for having to call the employees back instead of keeping them laid off. Things that you and I and other clear-thinking and reasonable people were expecting.

My point is that other people, who also probably think themselves smart and reasonable, were so blinded in their expectations of failure and dread that they were rubbing their hands together right until the moment the numbers came out.
