14 ac, 3 str 5 wis
Effect: Healing (15 second recast time. On targets bellow level 55.) at level 30.
Race: All except iks
Class: War Sk Pal Rng

It's a Luclinly item but hey gotta make a Luclin item some day. /shrugs. Plus, procing summon bandages felt too boring.
