Haha I wish I had an answer for you Mead.. Maybe its just years and years of routine? Just routine hammered into my brain that i can't seem to change? I would definitely chalk my workouts up to a soft addiction.. U ever feel guilty missing a gym day? And i dont mean like a rest day, i mean like missing a day you planned to lift on? that shitty guilt feeling? Same exact feeling i get when eating food the world looks down upon. Doesn't help im in seattle, home of organic everything.. I dont know mead.. But i'll keep up on calories, im not giving in totally.. Appreciate the kind words man. if I take 1 day off I feel like I don't deserve my bed

last night as I rounded the corner that leads to my neighborhood I realized I was so high on endorphins it was intoxicating and I couldn't get the smile off my face

exercise is addictive, and when you been doing it a long time you don't just stop or take a day off, we all have our crutch or our passion, mine is my bike.

I like walking and jogging just as much but spending an hour on my bike is something I don't want to go even one day without.

I try to encourage people to never ever go to a gym, you can do 90% of your exercises outside with the exception of certain types of weightlifting * you should do this when you get home from intense cardio sessions *

Glad you feel that guilt too man haha. That guilt is also motivation though, not all bad. Guilt is a powerful tool haha.

Eat healthy dude trust me. I’m 53 and I meet some people my age who look like they could by father. I’m a decent looking dude but in America, being decent & healthy means you’ll look significantly better than your peers because they’re eating velveeta and other Kraft-Walmart garbage

THAT SAID, how the fuck did you come up with ground turkey, cottage cheese, and brown rice? What seasoning???? Was it good?

Anyone in Texas had cowboy chicken? Half a chicken + sweet potato + green beans for $11. It saved me in the absence of my wife (I can hunt with a bow and rifle but can’t forage in a grocery store for fear of catching diabetes or low IQ)

And FYI, guilt has destroyed my month of gains.. I have let Mead and Skarlorn both down.. I am still trying to keep the amount of food up though.. But it's getting tough on day 3... Last night, i crammed my face with a spoon and peanut butter to stretch for some macros.. Enjoy this photo of my lunch..

A dog would 100% eat that. You blew your cover

Also Jeff, stop buying plastic water bottles. Not to be a hippie but I have grandchildren and those will destroy our planet way faster than the CO2 and methane

Thanks man!

All that stuff is actually really easy to make (not clear if your buying this from a restaurant or not).

Whole Roast Chicken: Put it in a oven on 400 degrees with a lemon in the cavity and whatever seasoning on the outside you want (paprika, salt, pepper, and tyme is pretty good...fresh garlic is nice but its kind of a pain in the ass). It takes about an hour and a half.

Sweet potatos: Just put them in the same oven as the chicken about half hour out or so. Or you can cut them into potato slices and steam them if you want them a bit faster.

Green Beans: You need a pot with a steamer in it. Just cut the ends of the green beans (easy but a little bit time consuming) and steam them for like 10 mins.

Edit: When you make a whole chicken and there is only 1-2 people eating it. Use the Leg quarts/wings while they are hot IMO -- and then save the breasts for salads or whatever later.
