c'mon, the only roadblock for sektor was colgate

everyone thought he was a weasel, but empire's in such a place now where almost any server personality could apply and it would be hard to throw up anything more than indifference toward them

aside from that, you were witness to plenty of things we as officers discussed in the past where gongshow could and did override all of us at once

zuranthium comes to mind

behavioral standards (especially coming from me), even from day 1, come to mind

im sure you remember he wanted it to be sort of a flippant, casual-like environment and just sort of vetoed the idea of regulating behavior because he wanted it to feel more lax and less serious than nihilum

i didn't want tity or retti in the guild just based on my gut/ their history/ attitude, and frankly it would've been the right call

most of the time officers took/ take the path of least resistance

it's not like it isn't working, the guild's in better shape than ever in terms of raiding/ efficiency, and i don't think anyone is playing for much more than loot/ to now grief tempest for being so stupid/ ungracious about a kill on gongshow. it's like they want to be smashed into the dirt.
