The left are the ones who won't budge on abortion, they still want to be able to kill a baby on the delivery date if they want. The right doesn't want any abortion at all, but the texas law still allows for abortions up to 6-8 weeks, depending on when the heartbeat begins. Thats plenty of time to take a pregnancy test which are dirt cheap after 4 weeks and go get your abortion. It also allows exceptions for situations where the mother's life might be in danger.

So the right are the ones compromising on this, the left are the ones being partisan babies about it.

It's way more than a group of cells at the end of the first trimester, but your argument is irrelevant for two reasons:

1) You never provide a specific moment when it *is* a baby.
2) Most leftists want it to be legal up until the actual due date. IE end of the third trimester. Don't pivot to "1st trimester its just a blob lol" when most of your fellow lefties want all three trimesters on the table and refuse to budge on it. The texas heartbeat bill is a fair compromise, just take a damn pregnancy test after your suckin and fuckin sesh and we can avoid this whole mess. And btw I'm an atheist this isn't a religious thing for me.
