Then take your guild full of people who "want competition" and go compete. Nihi is waiting there for you, on a server DESIGNED FOR competition. You won't have to track, there was/is an EXP bonus so you'll get 60 faster, you can literally beat your competition, and you can "test your mettle" perfecting your tactics again as the underdogs. Its a win/win/win/win for everything TMO states they are about, yet TMO maintains the blue nametags and then whines for "more competition".

Raiding competition isn't pvp competition and training isn't any more legal there than it is on blue last I checked. Also, why should I have to relevel to 60 because everyone else on blue sucks? Literally nothing you said makes sense. Maybe if you want rotations, you should take your guild to EQmac.

Raiding competition is PVP competition. Raiding competition which guild (a group of PLAYERS) can beat another guild (another group of PLAYERS) to mobilize/pull/slay a target. When one player (or group of players) is playing against another player (or group of players) to accomplish a task, that is PVP, by definition.
EQ is an MMO, not a single player game. Its not meant to be "won", that's why the original developers kept moving the goal posts (because once you win, you quit playing/paying, and Smedley needed another Ferrari).

Stealin's definition of "raiding competition": who can spend more man-hours tracking. Because there's no "raiding competition" on a server that doesn't have variance but where you can kill your opponents raid with your own weapons/spells.
