You could still have twinks and you're not even max level so how would this affect that? It would merely cut down on the amount of fighting over camps and reduce the amount of higher levels blasting things people are trying to level on, to make money. (orc belts, etc.)

Fixed and it would affect me by removing people from the server. I like seeing other people in my travels. Empty zones are sad zones. And there's not really That much fighting for camps etc.

Melon has responded now so we all know the deal. There's plenty of time before P99 dies.

We could probably fill 3 servers with 1000+ population simultaneously as long as they were new

This is an 8 year old velious server where people have 20 + raid geared alts and fungis are on every toon, only the most dysfunctional would be even marginally interested in this
