I play on Darkstar's Classic server, and I can attest to the fact that its not finished, but it has a lot of content to be played.

Its in about the same shape as P99 compared to Live EQ. You can't expect a handful of people remaking a game in their spare time to have emulated retail that quickly.

And these guys are creating the EMU, P99 was built off of an already established EMU.
