After reviewing this on eqlive, here are my results so far:

Feerrott spectres - See through invis vs undead 100% of the time. Also flee.

OOT spectres - Do not see through invis vs undead. Also flee.

Oasis spectres - Do not see through invis vs undead. Also flee.
