Game Mechanics: Trakanon's Teeth Zone Lag???

Never had an issue with TT until I switched ISPs last week (Went from a phone line DSL to Cable). Now I'm getting major lag, MS in the 3000 plus range, and pretty much only able to do one action per log in. Also I noticed that the high MS stays for an hour or so after I leave the zone, not sure why it would linger like that.

Hopefully something said above is of use.
