Along similar lines, I've made PDF maps from the Mapfiend maps. Some of them look good, some not so good (esp. multilevel dungeons), but sometimes easier to read than the EQAtlas maps (as much as I loved our binder of printed out maps back in the day). I believe my maps are correct for P99 (i.e. I looked for the old versions of the zones), although I'm not 100% certain (I think I was unable to find a copy of the old High Pass Hold).

In case anyone is interested, it's very easy to make custom maps using the free statistical analysis software called "R", using the live maping system files as a template, with a few tweaks.
