Serious mental illness or any mental illness. I'm sure loads of people take happy pills/regularly visit a psychiatrist and have no life impacting illness.

Serious life impacting mental illness? I'm sure theres a couple dozen with out 1k+ pop

probably over 100 if you count the undiagnosed
