cant stand when casters bind rush oom, need to tone down that hand to hand

responding to chewies quote

i died yesterday on samwise, went afk for 10 min, came back at half mana or so. threw some buffs up and went afk for another 15.

20-25 minutes is not bind rushing, it is impossible to bind rush when you spawn oom.
