No I said you guys would have been laughed off the server with no saving of face. Which would serve the subsect of Holo members who didn't group melees over casters (Rob over Cwall or Vile for instance), didn't show up to help people in PvP (Cast left out in the cold to get Swedish meatballed, only I showed up to help duel him to dispel roots to fight the Swedish menace) or generally just blued it up (see: little to no kill shots) while carrying this air of being some kind of laid back bad ass -- oh, that's what's going on now. Chuck and Gyno, despite Gyno's Nihilum tag, appear to be the only purely sane non-immersed people in there and I'll count myself in that. The rest of ya'll motherfuckers need to see a pixel therapist or a drug rehab counselor. Hope Dacbane posts the chats of you trying to crawl back to him, he's realized you're so far gone he wouldn't even try to be men about it like I did (which for some reason you think is me begging you to get you to stop flipping out on people since you rightfully lost your title). Those assumptions really kill you time and time again. Almost feel sorry.
I'll touch on a few of your points because I do think you are a pal just going through some intense Forumquest rage right now: 1. Everyone trolling me about the BOTB cares a lot more than I do. As a "competitive" person, yeah it sucks that I lost; but Colgate summed up our fight in his post with his log. He was prepared, I was not. He forced the disc use and I popped the wrong one. As far as the fight goes, it was incredibly close and was an awesome duel. He had about 100 HP and 50 AC more than me. Factor in Iksar regen, it came to about 400 HP total all in all, arguably the most important stat. Yes, I had about 20 more STR AGI than he did. Cut out all the bullshit in between, the fight still came down to 4% vs 4%. If you look at the log, I missed my kick on the line just before he landed the final killing blow kick. That goes to show you how close it was despite everything that went down. Again - awesome fight. 2. Holocaust... unjustly banned. Sore subject. We all know the drill. 3. Why rag on everyone in the chat? Most of us have known each other for 5-10 years and enjoy shooting the shit. Why do you put such emphasis on logs and screenshots? I could comb AIM logs and EQ logs for some funnies, but it just serves no purpose. Everyone is a real person here just trying to play an old game. Can you imagine if you met some of the people here in real life? Despite the intense hatred that everyone apparently has for each other, were all 20-somethings playing a 14 year old game that was our first addiction essentially. 90% of the population here would be best pals. 3. As far as Dacbane - I like the guy for the most part. He hates everyone that went Nihilum. Not my decision. One day most of us will probably be playing on the same team again. It's just a game. 4. Speaking of logs and sanity, I could bring up some questionable ones from you from pretty recently, even ones where Chuck and Gyno (apparently your basis for sanity) ragged on you for what you had done/said. Why would I though? Serves no purpose and I really don't care. There's a huge difference between gamesmanship/talking shit, and downright slinging mud. I choose the high ground. I never knew you to be so disgruntled until recently. Hopefully you come around. AIM chat is always waiting, bro. | ||
