These spells are
indeed sold on
Terblyn. I just hit
34, and in reading
these comments, I
was wondering if I
would be able get
these spells here.
I noticed that the
combine gate was at
the top, followed by
a bunch of TLs, but
if you scroll down
to the end, the
other gates are
there.

I went to SolRo Temple last night and got my Combine Gate spell
from Terblyn. Combine was the only gate spell he had, the rest
were TL spells. Is there another NPC in SolRo that sells it?

I think the Vendors may slightly differ on different Servers.

This spell IS sold in Solusek Ro. I have checked NK, Oasis, and South
Ro which are the other wizard sellers and they do NOT have it but I can
confirm the Solusek Ro DOES have the spell.

After hiking from nektulos forest to lavastorm (both zones I have never been in!) I found this vendor in the location they say, but he only sells one gate spell (combine gate) and a lot of translocation spells (beginning with 39th level).
