That's not how it goes as I've been involved in a lot of disputes in various zones where I was holding several camps.
The GM ruling was always what I just outlined. (But in your case where if the mob spawns and no one is there to kill it, it is open. But if the guy is going from camp to camp he doesn't lose it the moment he leaves it with the PH/Mob down. It's still his.) | ||
