Halflings. Screw the xp bonus, they have hide and sneak~

Wait, what? Halflings can both Hide and Sneak as racial abilities? Tell me you're mistaken 'cause if not I'm pissed for never trying a Halfling. The biggest reason I went w/ Rogue was for the Sneak+Hide combo.

Yes they get both. They just can't move while hidden like rogues can.
The abilities are also capped at 50 and you don't get a success message.
