First theory OS:
Different Systems get the problem, Windows XP, Windows 7 and with many different specifics.

Second Theory Ping/Country:
Spain here with mainly ping 240 ms usually, happens to others like stated on this post and with diff pings.

Third Theory Files Installed:
This is a good one, where did you get your copy, can files be corrupted?

THIS ONLY HAPPENS IN TT FOR ME, NEVER IN EJ. Did happen once yesterday in OT.
