Why is 2 boxing against the rules but PLing is allowed?

PLers have alot of options, so does newbies. But all should choose the best ratio between time and xp, and not ZEMs aka Bonus xp zone which means shit if you get no mobs to kill. Your best bet for best ratio is constant have mobs, and not ZEM, as a ZEM zone is always crowded.


ps: overcamp a zone by the same person is against rules, you may petiton it.

This I had not heard befor. So when someone is pulling an entire zone to PL a GM will step in and make them stop if petitioned?
