don't know the details of when/how he left, but it does seem the item wasn't requested back for almost a month after you guys knew he had left. i can't speak for him, but like i mentioned it seems he was under the impression the eye was his. there is conflicting information from bda leadership. I don't know who is right and who is wrong but people are calling visceral a thief when in fact he stole nothing.

I had good friends in both IB/DA. I've witnessed personally the trains, the /tells to trains (Wonton did this more than once in fear and on the way to sock naggy) as well as vent conversations -- I spent a few months on IBs vent in '10 thanks to one of your former members, and a good friend, that got dicked by an officer more than once.

I don't hate those guilds. In fact, I had good friends in both of them. What I dislike is your rather obvious hypocrisy. Because, at least according to you, it's important to point out that you didn't poopsock but it's also pivotal you don't point out the SEQ/MQ users and those who were banned for it that are, or up until last week(?) were guilded with you in TMO.

It's not a matter of poor handling. There was a lot of trust placed in Slydexx. He went out of his way to leave and not find any of us to hand it back. Even Ray Charles could see there was zero intent on giving it back. So, even asking for it would've just meant that he'd have started ignoring even earlier than he did.

Also, Sly's story doesn't match up because he's a lying, thieving piece of shit. Shinko even held onto and MQ'd a hand of Maestro that he picked up for guild bank with us once he was in FE.

All other points aside, the issue that anyone sees with this boils down as such: Slydexx took with him a banked item, didn't respond to us, used it to get FE an epic, and now FE sees BDA as in the wrong because we want our eye back. Hand an eye over and you're out nothing. It just blows my mind that people who likely would have a problem with stealing from their housemates have gone out of the way to justify not paying restitution for a theft.

Kinsawt constantly dropping trains on our monk pullers in fear because earlier that day gm's decalred "trains out in the field of pulling happen and wont be punished" so ib assigned kinsawt to do nothing but train other guilds pullers that night.

Deny ignore claim you werent in the guild when it happened blahblahblah, but IB did train purposefuly using twisted gm words to get away with it.
