No one has offered to return an eye. Some FE members have stated that they'd like to see that happen but FE officers such as Unbrella have said "I'd give an eye to Tiggles before I appease Chest"

And he doesn't have the power to make that decision for FE, it's bullshit until Shinko or Sloan tell me the very fucking next FE eye goes to BDA.

sounds to me like you'd be best served addressing this with shinko/Sloan and linking to forum post where their newly appointed officer assures you the next eye will go to slydexx

or wait for them to contact you first about repaying a very valuable item, everyone loves debt collectors so i am sure you will be the first call after their morning triple skim latte
