My account got hit with this pos bug. I didn't do anything out of the ordinary and i camped out like normal. Anyone know how long it usually takes for this to resolve?

It's random. I've been locked out for days or sometimes just hours. Anyway, the developers don't seem to have an interest in fixing it even though I've provided mountains of information.
