Optimum performance:
In the "Filters" tab of options, turn off: Damage over Time Messages
All you need to know is the mobs were hit, you don't need 50x13dmg messages every 6 seconds.
I turn clip plane way down, sky off, and spell effects off when kiting.

Other than that, looks pretty good.
