illusion: Troll -- exp penalty?

you don't get full troll regen either, although you do get 1 extra regen, iirc.

Troll regen -is- only 1 extra. Standing. It's basically double that of normal for all positions. And standing just happens to be 1 regen normally.

At least I'm pretty sure that's how it is, could someone post some evidence backing up either one of us?
