You and Toughguy start to cast at same time.. His skin shimmers, he casted SLN. AoE goes off.... only one other person casting. ss clearly shows he started casting first, not at the sametime
ya dont roll up on a champ lookin all menacing on the char that just slew our noble hero muhh yesterday and then cast a spell that has same red effects as blizzard and not expect the pvp champ to open fire
