Question: Under what theory of absolution would Rogean's opinion or actions eliminate an obligation, and how is it being applied here?
Is it being claimed that Rogean has the authority to dissolve obligations by right of his status, or is the claim simply that he revealed information that displayed fraud within the bet, but not that he himself has acted in a decision making capacity? What are the exact mechanics of the invalidation?

I figure if Rogean having an interaction with a bet scenario invalidates a bet... then why not this time. Its just dumb FE members being dumb.

in reality he was pretty much trolling tiggles for making a fraudulent bet either way, it has nothing to do with alarti being a known scammer to the community. as a member of his guild, your inaction must be assumed to mean you either share his lack of integrity or tacitly support it
