Monk 40+ soloing location questions

Once I break in the spawn I can practically chain kill the 8 yetis in the cave by fear kiting them. Intimidate seems to be working more then its not.

If I could do the same to the bloodgills it should also be good xp. My gut telling me to check them out first once I hit 44.
