I think part of it stems from RMT also, People willing to pay for pixels is retarded and it can be a good reason for some people to cockblock mobs or strip accounts of gear that they had access to.

The pixel lust in Nihilum is just weird from what I have seen/heard.

Paying plat to guild leaders for raid drops? Only in Nihilum

Raiding for months on a 20-30 pop server dropping every mob as soon as it pops? Only in Nihilum

9+ selo's drums by last count in the guild bank and still keeping classic dragons locked down? Only in Nihilum

For christ sakes, they have their whole guild camping Force in pofear at the moment. God forbid the lvl 51's in Force get some classic era shiverback loot.
