Weren't the first AoW kills on Live utilizing charmed giants for tanks and then healing them? Pet aggro is so pathetic on this server that NPC tanking won't work unless ONLY NPCs are doing damage. That's a lot of mages/enchanters/necromancers/SKs(lolpet). Are there animals for druids to charm in Kael?
I could be wrong, but I believe this was the first serverwide AoW kill: http://www.legacyofsteel.net/Archives/Post/2001-12-02

That was like 2 days before Luclin came out, and almost a full year after Velious release. It took 2 guilds working together, and Vulak was on farm by then.

I would conservatively say at least 3 months on P99 assuming Mitigation and Damage coding is proper, but you never know.

They beat him a few weeks earlier, but they "cheated" and had charmed giants tanking. Can't work here due to how pet aggro works.
