There is already a way to transfer items to other characters on the account. However, it is not implemented on p99. It is not classic. Neither would be a safety-deposit drop box robot in EC.

There is no safe way to transfer gear. Dropped bags can poof or be picked up. Giving bags to players to transfer opens your phat lewtz up to being stolen.
