Honestly I'd say PD is easier than Xygoz - his AE has no resist check. Xygoz's silence has a -150 like most AEs and can be pretty brutal if you're not prepared with a lot of MR. Melees can still attack, but tanks can't click clickies and clerics can't heal if they get nailed.
was a hard choice, I put PD over Xygoz due to the fact that if you get nailed with the AE you can't do anything, where as Melees (pets as well) don't have to worry about the AE at all from Xygoz.

They are both very similar, however, in terms of difficulty I just gave the edge to the dragon whose AE could be troublesome to every person on the raid.

Yeah but you can effictively resist PD's AE with like 90 MR - pretty easy imo

mine was always in the 200s for both dragons and I don't think I've ever really worried about getting hit by any of them as a necro.

I suppose my view might be biased.

I'll give it that Xygoz is harder than PD, but not by much.
